Process developments.

1)  R&D on materials and processes.  We are happy to undertake heat treatment assesment and material testing.

2)  Pre-Production Prototype. We are happy to machine first batch runs for customers and then transfer programming / tooling and process information to customers for them to run the production quantities.  

3)  For OEM's that are thinking of investing in 5 axis machining then we can help with the development of new machining strategys and cycle time reduction.
