TKE has an extensive workshop with programming support for multi-axis machining and robotics. Our manufacturing expertise relates to the low and medium volume manufacture of parts, sub-assemblies or in association with our partners full robotic systems.

We have extensive experience in manufacturing for Defence, Motorsport and Oil & Gas. Since 2013 we have been working on Nuclear Decommissioning projects that require programmable machinery.

TKE - NUCLEAR DECOMMISSIONING
TKE has C3+ SQEP personnel and can provide design, robot and machine tool programming services for your nuclear decommissioning projects.
In the project shown we surface profiled contamination from what was previously intermediate level waste and proved that in some cases free release steel could be obtained from items that had been contaminated for over 40 years.
We have a friendly and skilled team that can either be contracted into your project or we are happy to run the technical elements for you.
Our supply chain approach to delivery of systems allows us to respond quickly and access expertise from a diverse supply base as and when required. Within our current projects the staff from tiers 1 to 3 mix as one team, sharing office and workshop space as required. Our common aim is the successful delivery of profitable solutions.
TKE - ROBOTIC SYSTEMS
Single or Multiple Robot Solutions. In the image shown we are programming a 6 Axis Follower Robot and a 7 Axis Leader Robot with Head Changer. The system scans the work piece for model generation (QA check) and also uses a vision correction system to alter the co-ordinate system for the safe packing of parts.
TKE - ROBOTIC SYSTEMS
In the image here we have a 9 axis fully co-ordinated system. For this system we also created an offline CAM programming cell in both Fanuc Roboguide and Hypertherm Robotmaster. This system will be a large consumer of code thus a CAM based approach to programming is essential.
